30-Day Return Policy:
From the day you receive your product, you have 30 days to initiate a return. We aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase and encourage you to contact us if there are any issues with your order.
Purchases shipped outside the European Union are considered final. We encourage our international customers to carefully review their orders before finalization to ensure satisfaction with the chosen items.
EU Right to Withdrawal:
For our customers within the European Union, in line with the EU's Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, without giving any reason. To qualify for a return, items must be in the condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Please notify us within the 14-day period to initiate a return. Upon notifying us, you must send the goods back no later than 7 days from your notification.
Initiating a Return:
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service at info@thetailorsbench.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send back your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and The Tailor's Bench does not provide return shipping labels. Items returned without prior request approval will not be accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
Damages and Incorrect Orders:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If there’s any issue with defects, damages, or if an incorrect item was sent, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products, perishable goods, personal care goods, and hazardous materials. For questions about a specific item's return eligibility, please contact us.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Sale Items:
Items purchased on sale are also subject to our 14-day return policy for EU customers. If you have any questions regarding the return of a sale item, please reach out to us for assistance.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain number of days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
